Autism Blessings: Our Journey of Love, Hope, and Transformation

Dr. Sunil Bansal noticed early signs of autism in their identical twin sons, Sanskar and Satvik, such as drifting gaze, fascination with spinning objects, and intense attachment to particular items. After autism was first raised by their pediatrician, they chose not to wait for traditional interventions and instead became the boys’ primary therapists, turning their home into a sensory-friendly learning space where meals, walks, and play became teaching moments built around the twins’ interests. Their older daughter and the twins’ bond with each other played a big role, naturally modeling social behavior and creating everyday chances to connect, and speech emerged in small breakthroughs like Satvik finishing the ABC song and Sanskar saying “fish.” By age three, the twins could read and write English independently, performed academically like 6-year-olds, and had set nine world records, with more in the pipeline. This experience inspired the couple to launch Autism Blessings, a platform that empowers parents to lead their children’s intervention through personalized, home-based strategies. Children whose parents are receiving training and guidance through Autism Blessings are now doing remarkably well. Their story has been featured on the Autism Around the Globe platform, carrying their core message that autism is a different way of experiencing the world, not a limitation, and that with the right support, remarkable progress is possible for many families.
