Copyright & Artwork Usage

The copyright and ownership of the submitted artwork will always remain with the original creator (author). By participating in the challenge, the author/parent or legal guardian grants Creative Brain (by Autism Blessings) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, and promote the submitted artwork for three (3) months from the date of submission.

After the three-month period, Creative Brain’s promotional usage rights will expire, and all rights will remain with the author.

However, the submitted artwork may continue to be displayed on the Creative Brain (by Autism Blessings) website as part of the challenge archive, winners’ gallery, or participation gallery for an indefinite period. Such display will not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork to Creative Brain.

The author/parent or legal guardian retains all copyright and ownership rights to the original artwork.

Creative Brain (by Autism Blessings) is a monthly creative platform that gives children an opportunity to explore their imagination, express their ideas, and showcase their unique talents through creative challenges.

No. Participation is completely free.

The challenge begins on September 1, 2026, and the deadline is September 21, 2026. Entries submitted after the deadline may not be considered for the competition.

Children can submit: Drawing, Sketching, Painting, Digital Art, Collage, Mixed Media, or any other original visual art inspired by the theme.

The artwork should be inspired by the theme “My World, My Imagination,” but children are encouraged to interpret the theme in their own way. There is no single “right” way to be creative.

The goal is to celebrate each child’s unique way of thinking and creating.

Artwork can be uploaded in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.

Children can briefly explain:

• What inspired them
• What their artwork means to them
• How it connects to the theme

The explanation must be no more than 1,000 characters.

Yes. Every child who submits a valid entry will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Winners and special mentions will be announced on the Autism Blessings website one week after the submission deadline.
