About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Educational Development
• Create engaging educational activities, worksheets, books, and learning materials for children aged 0–10 years.
• Develop creative concepts, visual layouts, and child-friendly learning experiences.
• Assist in brainstorming new educational product ideas and activity formats.
Digital Publishing & Amazon KDP
• Format and publish books on Amazon KDP.
• Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and book layouts for professional publishing quality.
• Upload and manage book listings, keywords, descriptions, and metadata on Amazon.
• Coordinate revisions and maintain publishing schedules.
Global Research & Communication
• Conduct international online research related to education, publishing, parenting trends, and children’s learning.
• Reach out to educators, creators, organizations, and individuals globally for collaboration and idea generation.
• Collect and organize market insights, competitor analysis, and educational resources.
Administrative & Technical Support
• Maintain organized records, reports, and project trackers using MS Office tools.
• Support data management, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Assist with AI tools, productivity software, and workflow automation where applicable.
• Perform basic social media and digital content coordination tasks when required.
Requirements
Education
• Graduate in any discipline.
Communication Skills
• Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
Technical Skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in one or more design/editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent software.
