A personal challenge became a mission to help families around the world.
I, Dr. Sunil Bansal and My wife, Dr. Shivani Bansal, were blessed with identical twin boys, Sanskar and Satvik, born on November 30, 2021, in Washington DC, USA. Like many parents, we dream of a bright future for our children. However, by 13 months of age, we began noticing developmental concerns, including limited eye contact, lack of response to their names, delayed speech, and reduced social interaction.
In September 2023, at just 21.5 months old, both boys were diagnosed with Severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The diagnosis was difficult to accept, but rather than giving up hope, we chose to approach the challenge with determination, research, and action.
As scientists, we spent countless hours studying autism research, developmental science, therapy approaches, and parent-led intervention models from around the world. We explored multiple approaches and learned that parents can play a transformative role in their child’s development when equipped with the right knowledge and tools.
We transformed our home into a structured learning environment with reading zones, educational activities, games, physical exercise, communication practice, and skill-building opportunities. For nearly 11 months, we dedicated ourselves to intensive, family-centered intervention and learning.
Today, the progress of Sanskar and Satvik has been remarkable.

✨ Attending regular school alongside their peers
✨ Earning multiple world records (9) and international recognitions, including being named “Top Talent of the Year 2024 and 2025”
Their achievements include spelling hundreds of English words at an early age, solving complex puzzles (75 and 125 piece), and being recognized internationally as young prodigies.
Inspired by this journey, we launched Autism Blessings, a global initiative focused on empowering families through structured home-based programs, parent training, mentoring, and individualized support strategies.
Today, Autism Blessings (https://autismblessings.com/ ) is connected with hundreds of families worldwide and continues to guide parents who are seeking practical ways to support their children’s development.
