For 8+ Years Old “Non-Verbal” Children
Speech delays and communication deficits affect 90% of children with developmental delays. These issues range from total muteness to speech that lacks context, proper vocabulary, or sentence structure. Many parents are told their autistic child is “non‑verbal” or “will never speak.” At Autism Blessings, we do not accept this as the final story.
- The Critique of Modern Speech Therapy: We; at Autism Blessings strongly condemns physical manipulation (such as pressing lips to force the word “Papa,” jaw pressure, and tongue massages). These methods violate a child’s personal space, create an illusion of speech, and mistake a mechanical lip sound for brain-driven communication.
- The Neurological Perspective: Speech generation is a matter of brain signaling and motor planning, not mouth muscle strength. Conditions like Apraxia of Speech (AOS) prove that the bottleneck resides in the brain. Therefore, oro-motor exercises are heavily overrated and fundamentally flawed for generating speech.
- Our Philosophy: True speech must be unlocked naturally through contextual communication and structured parenting, following a specific developmental hierarchy and triggered by Brain Stimulation.
- The Call to Action: Rejecting the label “non-verbal,” we challenge global speech therapists to prove their physical methods work on complex sounds, while offering free parental training to help unlock natural, brain-driven speech in older children.
Our Speech Assurance Program is a structured, parent‑led program designed to support the emergence of functional speech, even in children who:
- Are 8 years or older, and
- Have never spoken meaningful words or are termed as “non‑verbal”.
While speech is a central focus in this program, the same approach can bring positive changes in many other areas of a child’s life and daily functioning.
What This Program Is
• Online training for parents
• Clear guidance on what to do at home every day
Focus on:
• Real understanding and meaningful communication
• Natural speech emergence (not just forced repetition)
• A joyful, trusting parent–child relationship
• Gradual improvement in how the child engages, learns and participates in day-to-day life
This is an educational and supportive program. It does not replace your child’s medical care or prescribed medicine (if any).
Who Can Join
Your child is likely suitable if:
• Has a diagnosis of Autism / ASD from a qualified professional
• Is 8+ years old
• Has no speech and has been called “non-verbal”
At least one parent:
• Should have time to work with the child daily, and
• Can attend training and implement activities at home
• Your family has internet access and a phone/computer/tablet
Who This May Not Suit
This program may not be appropriate if:
• Your child has a progressive neurological / degenerative condition, and the doctor feels speech is medically unrealistic
• Severe, unmanaged medical issues prevent your child from being awake and responsive for most of the day
• There are serious safety / abuse / extreme instability issues at home
• Parents are not willing to engage with the training or to adjust their approach
Autism Blessings reviews each case individually and may accept or decline participation, including stopping participation later if:
• Information provided is false, misleading or incomplete, or
• New information shows that continuing would be unsafe or unethical.
What Autism Blessings Will Do
We will:
• Give free parental training to eligible families
• Explain how the brain learns, how speech naturally develops, and how these same principles can support wider developmental change
• Show you how to change daily interactions to support communication and overall learning
• Guide you on what to do step by step and how to adjust as your child changes
• Always use a respectful, child-centered approach
We do not:
• Give medical diagnoses
• Start/stop/change any of your child’s medicines or medical treatments
What We Ask From Parents
By joining, you agree to:
• Watch/attend the sessions and actively apply what you learn
• Try the suggested home activities with consistency
• Share honest feedback about what is happening with your child
• Treat your child with respect, and avoid harmful or forceful methods
You also agree that:
• All information, materials, session content, and resources provided by Autism Blessings are the intellectual property of the company
• These materials are for your personal use only and can not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or forwarded in any form without prior written permission
You also understand that:
• We solely cannot guarantee a specific result or timeline in speech or any other area as it is a collaborative program with parents and Autism blessings, so, it depends upon the joint efforts
• We do promise our best effort, clarity, and support
Outcome
We strongly believe every “non-verbal” child can develop speech and make meaningful progress in multiple areas.
The outcome (speech) and Results depend on many factors such as health, neurology, environment and how consistently the program is being followed.
Privacy, Data, and Story Sharing
During the program, we may collect:
• Basic details about your child and their background
• Notes on progress and your feedback
• Videos or photos that you choose to share
We will:
• Keep your identifiable information confidential, as far as the law allows
• Not sharing your contact details with anyone without your permission (except where legally required)
When your child shows speech and signs of progress, you agree to:
• Accept our invitation to share your journey on our YouTube channel and/or social media to offer hope and strength to other families facing similar challenges
• Allow us to create an anonymous or identified case story for reports or publications, to show that age is not a limit and that special parenting can bring remarkable change
Participation
Once you choose to enroll and begin the Program, you agree to complete the full duration of the current structured plan as explained to you at the start.
Nothing in this Program changes your legal rights or your access to any other medical or educational services, and you may seek, continue or modify other treatments independently of this Program.

• Turning “non-verbal” from a fixed label into the starting point of a new journey in speech, connection and overall development
Autism Blessings will review your case and inform you if your child qualifies for the program.
Acknowledgment and Consent
By signing below, you, the Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s):
• Confirm that you have read and understood all sections of this Participation Agreement.
• Confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and that all your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
• Agree to participate in and to support your child’s participation in the Speech Training Program under the terms described above.
• Acknowledge that this Program is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Accept the obligations placed on you as described in Section “What We Ask From Parents” and all other sections of this Agreement.
